Your role as People Partner - Talent Acquisition
Talent Acquisition at Telenet group is about more than filling vacancies. We ensure the right people find the right opportunities and contribute directly to the success of our organisation. As a Talent Acquisition team, we take ownership of the entire recruitment process. You play an active role in attracting, assessing and guiding candidates, always within a clear framework and according to defined quality standards. You work closely with hiring managers and fellow recruiters and take full ownership of your vacancies, from intake through to offer.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring market developments within an assigned talent segment and translating these insights into recruitment plans, in collaboration with Employer Branding colleagues;
  • Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to define expectations, requirements and selection criteria;
  • Managing vacancies within your talent segment end-to-end according to agreed recruitment processes and guidelines;
  • Applying audience and market knowledge to develop targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies and determine the most effective channel mix;
  • Actively sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates using objective criteria and established assessment methodologies;
  • Advising hiring managers within the agreed framework and supporting them in making well-founded selection decisions;
  • Communicating transparently and professionally with candidates while ensuring a smooth and respectful candidate experience, including administrative and operational follow-up in the relevant systems and tools.

Your profile as People Partner - Talent Acquisition
You are a recruitment professional who:

  • Has a strong interest in the recruitment profession and is eager to deepen their expertise;
  • Thinks and operates at a master’s degree level;
  • Works in a structured and detail-oriented manner, maintaining high quality standards;
  • Communicates effectively in both Dutch and English and builds strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Welcomes feedback and is committed to continuous learning within a professional TA team;
  • Acts with integrity, handles information responsibly, and bases decisions on agreed criteria;
  • Feels comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous vacancies.
