We are currently searching for a Business Analyst Fiduciary:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Create clear, actionable user stories based on industry best practices for financial software.
- Apply the INVETS methodology to guide project and requirement lifecycles.
- Engage collaboratively in the iterative Red Green Refactor cycle.
- Ensure software design methodologies actively include writing automation testing before code is developed.
- Participate actively in the design, planning, and refining of fiduciary applications.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- 7 years of experience in Fiduciary practices.
- Deep knowledge of computer systems and previous participation in fiduciary applications.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements in Mexico.
- Strong understanding of trust funds, fiduciary processes, accounting, and fiduciary reports.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Languages
- Intermediate Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
- Advanced Spanish.
Special Notes
- This role may require occasional on-site periods of up to 1 week for planning, refining sessions, and training, which could include the first week of assignment. Please be aware that Our Client may decide to transition to a 100% on-site model in the future.

- Hybrid (3 days in the office, determined by the manager/area/project based in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara).
