As a Trainee Operator, you'll receive structured training, mentoring, and hands-on experience to develop the technical skills required to support blasting operations, operate specialised equipment, and build a rewarding long-term career with Orica.

Target commencement date: Mid-September or October 2026.
What you will be doing
- Live our core value: Safety is Our Priority, Always;
- Complete structured training and development programs to become a qualified Operator;
- Assist with the safe loading and delivery of explosive products;
- Learn to operate MMU trucks and related equipment;
- Support blasting and operational activities in accordance with company procedures;
- Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance activities;
- Work collaboratively with customers and team members to deliver exceptional service;
- Maintain high standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism;
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities.
