Service Advisor

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Aftersales team.     About the Role   As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless and professional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing requirements
• Providing accurate service recommendations and quotations
• Liaising with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and communication
• Keeping customers informed on vehicle progress and any additional work required
• Coordinating vehicle pick-up and explaining completed work
• Managing bookings, invoices and service documentation
• Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.     About You   To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A professional presentation and positive attitude
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• A current and valid driver's licence
