Description
Chef de Rang (EU work eligible)Our guests have high expectations and appreciate service at a 5* level! You too?Then you'll fit right in with the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga team!Responsibilities:
- Service to guests and independent management of a station
- Advising guests on the selection of our food and drinks
- Maintenance of equipment and mis-en-place work
- Training of employees and structuring the shift
- Carrying out inventories
- Team training
- Participate in monthly inventories
Competencies:
- Completed education
- Outstanding commitment and willingness to serve
- Team-oriented working style
- Friendly and warm demeanor as well as attention to detail
- Professional experience in a similar position in the upscale restaurant or hotel industry
- An independent, responsible and committed way of working
- Very high sense of responsibility and quality
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, Latvian of benefit
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth and changing environment
- EU work eligible (passport)
