- Proficiency in MOSSA® preferred.
- Must have AFFA, IDEA, ACSM or equivalent national group exercise/aerobic certification.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification, required.
- Expected to complete and maintain required number of training hours to ensure quality level of instruction. Training and certification in specialty formats may be required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an understanding for the bottom-line and business approach to job performance.
- Physicality for lifting of equipment including weights, jumping, squatting, bending, walking, hopping, kicking , rhythm and an outgoing personality while performing choreographed routines in front of others.
