Business Operations Associate

Rainmaker is pioneering a modern cloud seeding system to address water scarcity and inclement weather challenges worldwide. We develop and integrate radar validation, weather-resistant UAS, numerical weather modeling, and sustainable seeding agents into an effective precipitation enhancement solution.   Rainmaker is building something that hasn't existed before. What you'll do

• Support company planning by tracking priorities, goals, headcount, budgets, milestones, and organizational capacity.

• Drive strategic initiatives that require coordination across engineering, science, production, field operations, commercial, finance, and people.

• Translate company growth plans into operational requirements across staffing, facilities, systems, infrastructure, and production capacity.

• Build and improve company-wide processes, workflows, reporting systems, and information pathways.

• Produce clear, decision-ready analysis for leadership on performance, resources, risks, and operational tradeoffs.

• Support business reviews, quarterly planning, leadership meetings, and other elements of Rainmaker’s operating cadence.

• Take ownership of high-priority special projects that do not yet have a permanent functional home.

• You have 2+ years of experience in business operations, strategic finance, consulting, investing, a high-growth technology company, or another demanding operating environment
