Description

About the ClientOur client is a healthcare and professional education company based in the United States, offering continuing education courses, webinars, and certifications for healthcare professionals and the general public. Founded and run by a practicing clinician with deep subject-matter expertise, the business has built a substantial library of 40+ courses and is now scaling its online delivery ahead of a major industry conference. The client is looking for a long-term technical partner to bring structure, systems, and speed to how their content gets built, hosted, and launched.
Why does this role exist? This role exists because our client's growth has outpaced her technical capacity — she is a full-time content expert and part-time clinician with no dedicated technical support, currently building and launching courses manually while managing a live practice. The mission of this role is to remove that bottleneck entirely: to take finished content and independently transform it into fully functional, launch-ready online courses, freeing the client to focus solely on what she does best — creating and delivering content. With a live conference deadline in September, this hire is critical to converting a backlog of course content into a polished, revenue-ready online offering without further delay.

The Impact you’ll make

Course Build & Launch
  • Configure courses end-to-end in Go High Level, including funnel creation, landing pages, and hosting setup
  • Build corresponding course structures in Notion to support the client's existing workflow
  • Set up Zoom and Microsoft Teams integrations for live and hybrid course delivery
Content & Presentation Development
  • Convert raw Word document content into polished, on-brand slide decks using Canva and PowerPoint
  • Build workbooks and supporting educational materials to the client's exact specifications
  • Source and apply royalty-free images from approved libraries (e.g., Unsplash, PowerPoint stock) to enhance visual quality
Course Maintenance & Scaling
  • Update and refresh slide decks across the client's existing library of 40+ courses with new formatting, branding, and references
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all course materials as content evolves
Marketing & Funnel Operations
  • Set up and manage email sequences tied to course launches
  • Manage website integrations connecting course funnels to the client's existing site
Independent Project Ownership
  • Take ownership of assigned courses from raw content to launch with minimal oversight
  • Proactively flag risks, gaps, or blockers before they impact deadlines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of course builds and configurations for future reference

Required:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Canva, with experience building course presentations, workbooks, and educational materials to spec

    - Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable communicating directly with the client
    - Calm under deadline pressure, especially with hard external dates
