Job Purpose
Reporting to Head of Investment Advisory, you will be responsible for providing investment market updates and advice in relation to local & foreign markets, performing order executions and providing support in the development of new investment products for the Bank.
Job Responsibilities
· Initiate and monitor investment ideas of assigned asset class
· Prepare in-house investment market updates and recommendations for investment products
· Assist frontline sales staff to achieve sales target
· Source investment products and conduct products due diligence
· Liaise with brokers for price quotes and orders execution
· Handle enquiries on investment products from internal and external clients
· Provide daily administrative support to the Head of Investment Advisory
Requirements
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes.
· Degree holder and preferably with CFA qualifications
· At least 6 years of relevant experience in handling investment banking products and services
· Good knowledge of trade execution on various asset classes
· General understanding of financial markets and excellent knowledge in one of the investment asset classes
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and able to work under time-pressure
· A team player
· Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
