Join our team as a Warehouse Assistant and support the smooth flow of aviation parts and materials across our operations. This role involves receiving, storing, and dispatching aircraft parts and materials in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in aviation logistics and warehouse operations.Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the receipt, inspection, labeling, and storage of aviation parts and materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts for dispatch according to work orders and shipping instructions
- Ensure proper handling of aircraft components in accordance with regulatory and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or MRO system
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational guidelines
- Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Assist in tracking shipments and deliveries from suppliers or other locations
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly
- Follow all company procedures, including those related to quality assurance and hazardous materials handling.
We expect You to have:
- Previous experience in supply chain,logistics, or a related field is an advantage (including internships)
- Interest in or exposure to the aviation industry is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
