As an Assistant Manager in Mashreq Gold, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence. Your primary objective will be to onboard and manage clients, ensuring a seamless and profitable banking experience. - Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand the bank's market share.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver on revenue and liability targets by actively cross-selling and upselling bank products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and product specialists.
