Your job
You’ll join a team of 12 ambitious and driven colleagues based in the Netherlands and serve as the main point of contact for our suppliers. Using your strong communication and analytical skills, you’ll understand supplier needs and help build lasting business relationships. You'll manage quality cases and complaints from our accommodation and transport partners, working directly with suppliers to gather documentation, assess outcomes, and ensure accurate case resolution. As part of a fast-growing company, you take ownership and contribute ideas to continuously improve how we work and grow.
Your profile
Your main responsibilities· Handle partner quality cases and complaints from intake to resolution
· Coordinate with suppliers to collect and validate supporting documentation
· Submit and communicate case details to Booking.com and other relevant parties
· Assess case outcomes (win or loss) based on established criteria
· Apply penalties where required under the applicable framework
· Maintain accuracy and consistency across all case handling

Are fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
Are a confident communicator who doesn’t give up easily and loves winning deals.
Have strong inter-personal and time management skills.
Take ownership of your work and enjoy contributing to developing processes to reach ambitious goals.
Have a sharp eye for detail and are comfortable working with numbers.
