About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Manager to join our Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) practice in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, experience in managing client engagements, and the ability to lead teams while delivering high-quality advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting advisory and financial reporting engagements across diverse industries.

Advise clients on complex accounting matters under Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP .

Support clients with accounting policy development, financial statement preparation and review, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.

Assist clients with transaction-related accounting, including business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and consolidation.

Prepare and review technical accounting memorandums and accounting position papers.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective stakeholder management.

Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
-
5–8 years of relevant experience in Accounting Advisory, Financial Reporting, or Assurance.

Prior experience with a Big 4 or leading consulting firm is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP .

Experience managing client engagements and leading small to mid-sized teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
