Job Description:
- Support in Project Portfolio and Governance Management (PPM) documentation of all pillars & departments.
- Support in monitoring Project Portfolio and Governance Management (PPM) administration on deliverables and Implementation.
- Prepare presentations draft, e.g. progress reports, etc.
- Support administrative work and logistics related to Project Portfolio and Governance Management (PPM).
- Attends internal meetings with user and responsible to draft MoM.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from any major.
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area.
- Committed to do 6 months internship.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good English skills (both writing & speaking).
- Strong interest in project management and process improvement.
- Proactive, has initiative, self-driven and willing to learn.
