- Participate in NPD project , lead EB and MB manufacturing process, such as layout design, TAKT design, PFMEA, new fixture/tools and equipment design for the process
- Participate ETO project, lead ETO manufacturing process, such as non-standard configuration assessment，additional labor hour, make/buy and work station set up for new parts, loose ship list, new jigs and fixtures design for ETO orders.
- Maintain and update manufacturing process for mass production
- Provide technical support and training about Assembly process, lead process problem solving / root cause analysis
- Implement and track Engineering Change Notice process flows
- Cooperate with engineering team to solve the technical issues regarding product designing or production technique.
- Implement lean transformation, participate in RIE, continuously optimize manufacturing process
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
