We are currently seeking an Information Security Project Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Information Security in Business Projects to join our Cyber Security – Information Security in Business Projects team.

About the mission we offer you:
As an Information Security Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Technip Energies' industrial projects from the proposal stage through engineering, procurement, commissioning, and project delivery. Acting as the focal point for cyber security activities within customer projects, you will ensure that contractual, technical, and business requirements are translated into effective and practical security solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customers, suppliers, and cyber security experts in an international and highly dynamic environment.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the proposal and tendering phases by analyzing customer security requirements, preparing technical narratives, and contributing to cost estimations and commercial offers.
- Managing cyber security activities across one or several industrial projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinating and supervising cyber security teams and subject matter experts, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
- Leading Operational Technology (OT) cyber security activities, including requirements definition, supplier selection and onboarding, risk assessments, security architecture reviews, and solution validation.
- Supporting Information Technology (IT) and Information Security activities when required by project specifications, customer contracts, or internal governance standards.
- Managing relationships with customers, vendors, project stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project execution.
- Reviewing and producing technical and non-technical documentation, including specifications, procedures, test scenarios, and compliance records.
- Contributing to cyber security audits, assessments, training initiatives, incident management activities, and continuous improvement efforts across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and skills:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Operational Technology, or Industrial Cyber Security
- Experience in Cyber Security, IT, OT, or Industrial Project Management
- Experience in leading, coordinating, or managing teams
- Experience in the Energy industry or a comparable industrial environment is highly valued
- Professional certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or equivalent are considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of cyber risk assessments, OT security architectures, and vendor management practices
Languages:
- English – Fluent
- French – Professional level is a plus
Compensation
- Annual gross salary ranging from €57,101.60 to €71,377.00, determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity.
- Position classified as Level A1 under the relevant Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
- Eligibility for an annual performance bonus in line with company policy.
