Innovative Entrepreneurship Academic activities:
• Develop and implement curriculum by collaborating with the faculty members.
• Develop and implement program structures, teaching strategies, syllabi, long-range planning, etc.
• Design quality measures to ensure feedback and maintenance of standards.
• Remain abreast of trends and research in education, particularly those affecting CIE operation and educational leadership.
• Formulate and implement aspects of the learning and teaching strategy which enhance the quality and continue to improve the student experience.
• Enhance the quality of the student experience, ensuring that students are engaged fully as partners in developing the learning experience and are appropriately supported.
• Manage and improve conducive academic atmosphere to support learning activities.
• Improve learning activities by developing and implementing the various Entrepreneurship programs.
• Foster and promote entrepreneurship research, especially in contributing to the entrepreneurship discipline’s body of knowledge
• Support student to improve Innovation and Entrepreneurship competency by providing additional programs (e.g. trainings, business incubators, etc.).
• Provide assistance to students in order to have international/ national achievement related to entrepreneurship.
CIDER Operational activities:
• Design, implement and administer student programs and services, appropriate to the needs of those enrolled and consistent with the values and teaching styles, and develops systems to accommodate these programs and services.
• Monitor and manage staff duties regarding lecturing, problems classes, tutorials, etc. that occurs.
• Coordinate and monitor the financial reporting system in order to ensure that the financial are maintained in an accurate and timely manner not limited to Non-Tuition Income (Grant, BEC Project Income, etc.).
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and supported by valid & authentic documents.
• Prepare and monitor the financial project reporting and monitor the annual finance audit process.
Research Project & teaching activities:
• Conduct individual or joint research to publish article(s) in professional journal and/or international conference.
• Conduct excellent teaching practices according to the set criteria.
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Supervisory level, or
• Minimum 7 years of working experience
Special Skill:
• Systematic Thinking
• Problem Formulation/Analysis
• Able to identify value preposition & sell idea
• Idea presentation & presenting arguments (at least in English and Bahasa)
• Negotiation
• Business Case Development
• Good communication & presentation skill
