Job Description

We are seeking a Research Associate to join our Content team to work on expert professional and risk & credibility data. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality data by utilizing multiple research sources, internal content management tools, and automation-assisted workflows to compile expert profiles.

Our Research Associate is primarily responsible for curating expert professional and risk & credibility content to be presented to attorney-clients in a profile format. The candidate will ensure the quality and accuracy of content before it is delivered to attorney clients, and analyze and interpret expert-related information. You will be working in various professional databases and platforms such as MedPro, Scopus, NIH RePORTER, and Data Central, our content collection and curation tool. This position will collaborate with domestic and international research teams to create expert profiles and improve data accuracy and automation initiatives. 

Our Research Associate will:

  • Analyze, interpret, and validate critical content and data points relating to the world’s top subject matter experts

  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, including professional licensure, publications, speaking engagements, media presence, industry affiliations, work experience, areas of specialization, and much more

  • Train and support research team members on quality standards, best practices, and efficient data collection methods

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with domestic and international research teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflows

  • Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting project deadlines

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content quality, research processes, and internal documentation

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team, and KPI driven setting 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities

  • Professional experience involving overseeing the accuracy and quality of product deliverables a plus but not required
