Job Purpose

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources in the Egypt office.  The HR Manager will lead and direct the different functions of the HR Department in Egypt and support and cooperate with the HR department in the Head office.

• Develop and implement EG HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy
• Work in close cooperation with the Group HR Manager to implement the Group HR strategy, annual HR plan, policies, and initiatives across Egypt, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Play the focal point between the management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process in EG
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain compensation and benefits processes
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Creating and revising job descriptions
• Developing, revising, and recommending HR handbook, policies and procedures
• Controlling employees' exit process
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Perform other related tasks as required by the management

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
• Very good English skills
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position 
• Independent Decision Maker, able to achieve the results with minimum supervision
• People oriented and results driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases is highly preferred
• In-depth understanding of EG labour law
