Intro

This role is ideal for a senior HR leader who combines strong business acumen with hands-on leadership experience and is passionate about building a high-performing organization through data-driven decision-making, talent excellence, and close partnership with senior stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the company’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the executive and leadership teams on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.
  • Drive HR performance metrics (KPIs), leveraging data and analytics to support business decisions and measure organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and continuously improve company's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse HR team (HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other people functions).
  • Assess workforce needs across all business areas and ensure the organization is staffed with a sufficient number of highly qualified, company values-aligned employees to meet operational requirements.
  • Drive the continuous development and effective utilization of HR systems, processes, and policies to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that reflects the company's values and promotes continuous learning and development.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support for employees through transitions.
  • Monitor labor market trends, competitive developments, and broader industry dynamics to identify opportunities that support organizational growth and strengthen employer attractiveness.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing compliance of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

We expect You to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience, at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director, or equivalent.
  • Experience working within an international, complex, or rapidly growing business environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in developing HR KPI frameworks and using data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Solid experience in talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and workforce trends.
  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of local and international labor laws.
