About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Sales & Inventory Officer to join our Operations team.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Sales & Inventory, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration, sales, and inventory activities across our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, processing customer, and supplier transactions, maintaining data integrity, and providing administrative support that keeps our operations running efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing
• Process and verify goods, receipting, sales dispatch, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliations and reporting.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate raw material and packaging replenishment.
• Process transport bookings and support production reporting activities.
• Review system data to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity across operational systems.
• Process non-stock accounts payable invoices and provide general administrative support.
• Manage office supplies, PPE, mail, and site documentation, including SharePoint records.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Production, Sales, and Shared Services teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety and quality systems, including FeedSafe and HACCP requirements.
• Provide administration support across sites as required.
About You
You are a proactive administrator with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You enjoy working with systems and data, take pride in delivering accurate work, and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
To be successful, you will have:
• Previous experience in an administration, customer service, or office support role.
• Experience working with inventory, sales administration, or accounts processes will be highly regarded.
• Understanding of Material Requirements Planning methodology.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles will be highly regarded.
