- Maintain adherence to quality standards in PECVD processes. Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure consistent and reliable PECVD processes, meeting industry standards.
Resource Management:
- Achieve efficiency in resource allocation for PECVD process improvement. Develop efficient resource management strategies to optimize financial, human, and technological resources for PECVD advancements.
