As our Business Development Representative, you'll serve as the face of Interim HealthCare throughout Southern New Hampshire, developing strategic partnerships that expand access to home healthcare services.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate new referrals and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct in-person sales calls, networking visits, educational presentations, and community outreach activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share while promoting Interim HealthCare's full range of home healthcare services.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activity, referral sources, and business development efforts using CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Represent Interim HealthCare at community events, healthcare organizations, and professional networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, home health, hospice, medical services, or related industries
- Knowledge of referral sources, healthcare systems, and reimbursement models is strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Southern New Hampshire
