If you're passionate about cars, know how to motivate a sales floor, and have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing sales staff, inventory, and the customer buying experience—not just deal-desking alone.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and coach a team of automotive sales consultants to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Work the CRM to ensure consistent follow-up on new and past customers, unsold showroom visits, and lost deals
  • Create and execute action plans to drive showroom traffic and improve closing ratios
  • Oversee new and used vehicle inventory, demo units, and lot presentation to ensure optimal selection and display
  • Ensure demo and test-drive vehicles are properly maintained and always available for customers
  • Review and approve all vehicle deals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and profitability for both the dealership and the customer
  • Manage the customer experience from first contact through delivery, resolving concerns quickly and professionally
  • Run regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep staff current on products, promotions, and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing on local promotions and advertising campaigns to drive showroom traffic and sales volume

Requirements

  •  2+ years of experience in automotive sales management required
  • Proficiency with CRM software required
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Proven ability to analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market trends
  • Strong math skills for calculating sales projections
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and state sales license required (or willingness to obtain one shortly after hire—we will assist with this)
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on automotive sales experience

Benefits

Eligible team members may receive:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Life Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Daily Pay Options
  • Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service
