Roll out the road map for Business Excellence and Operational Excellence at GGIAL. Manage the training and implementation of 5S initiatives, develop internal 5S culture building. Deploy Knowledge Management initiatives at GGIAL, aligning to the overall group strategy. Conduct sessions on six sigma, business excellence and 5S and ensure acceptance of the business excellence framework in the organization.

Identify R&R activities for above. No. of CIPs, Kaizens, Ideas generated / implemented. Conduct training sessions, starting with senior management team & Develop internal assessors NO. of events Conduct 5 S training session and Audit & Work on OFIs after audit No. of participations Prepare GBEM application and ensure yearly audits are conducted, and GGIAL achieve the target score BE Score Monitor and manage measurement matrices to be prepared, reported, and acted upon, based on GBEM framework GBEM score
