ERP Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our IT team who can bridge the worlds of business applications, data, and processes. You will be responsible for supporting and developing key systems used across the Central Europe region, including their integrations and data flows.

This is neither a purely development-focused nor an infrastructure-focused role. We are looking for someone who understands how enterprise systems work, can analyse issues in a broader context, and can act as a trusted partner to both the business and IT.

This is a fixed-term role providing parental leave cover.

What You’ll Do

• Support and further develop key business applications, particularly DMS and financial systems.
• Analyse and resolve incidents, problems, and change requests.
• Manage and troubleshoot system integrations and data flows.
• Write SQL queries, analyse data, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with local and central Scania teams.
• Assess the impact of changes on connected systems and business processes.
• Support process automation and digitalisation using Microsoft tools.

What We Expect from You

• Experience with ERP, DMS, or other enterprise systems.
• Very good knowledge of MS SQL and T-SQL.
• Ability to understand and work with data models, system integrations, and business processes.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power Query is an advantage.
• Basic experience with Power BI, Reporting Services, or Power Platform.
• General understanding of Windows environments, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users, vendors, and IT specialists.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Automaster, iScala, or similar systems.
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Experience with P2P processes, workflows, and authorisation models.
• Experience in the automotive industry or a dealer network environment.
